Economic and Social Development Corporation
(LES) is a not-for-profit 501©. 3 Community
Based Organization (CBO) and CHODO. It was
established in 1981. LES has a large mission.
Since that time LES, has developed over 305
Single-Family homes, a 64-unit apartment complex
and has provided economic development opportunities
to the low income through skill based training.
Our training programs have a highly successful
tract record for the disadvantaged communities,
such as “at risk youth, drop out youth,
ex-offenders, and unemployed and under employed
workers. Our Training Programs get results.
